Our goal at COLLAGE is to provide high quality apparel and accessories at prices much lower than the general marketplace. Because our customers expect the highest standard of quality and style from COLLAGE, we must be exceptionally selective in the merchandise we accept on consignment and are very careful to inspect each item.
If , however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us directly at (205) 879-6163 within 7 days of the purchase date and we will be happy to give you either a credit towards another purchase or a refund for the purchase price less shipping. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Where to Send Returns
Please send your package, including your original invoice that you received either with your purchase or by email, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
