Want to Sell YOUR Better Items on ConsignmentChic.com?

Step One - Go to the Store Finder on ConsignmentChic.com to see if there is a Consignment Chic Partner Store near you and contact them for their consignment policies.

Step Two - If there is not a Chic partner store near you, then you can consign through Collage Designer Consignment  in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, which one of three stores owned by the host of ConsignmentChic.com.  You can monitor the sale of your items online 24/7 through our website, www.shopcollage.com.

Step Three - Call (205) 822-3991 to confirm the season before shipping your items to Collage.  COLLAGE will only accept items of Ann Taylor/Jones New York or better quality, less than 2 years old, in style, current season, in EXCELLENT CONDITION, clean, and pressed.

Step Four - Read and sign this contract and include it with your shipment to Collage.

• New accounts will be charged a one-time $10.00 new account setup fee which will be deducted from your first consignor check.
• Special pricing requests must be made when the items are presented for consignment, however COLLAGE has the final pricing
decision. Discounts will be taken at COLLAGE’s discretion.
• When we are preparing your items for the sales floor, if we find that the item cannot be put on the sales floor due to a stain, missing
button, broken zipper, etc. you agree that we may donate it to a local charity without notice to you. ____ (initial)
• The contract term is 60 days. After 60 days, any unsold items become the exclusive property of COLLAGE to be donated or
disposed of. If you have items remaining at the end of the contract term, COLLAGE can provide you with a year-end, itemized
donation receipt at your request. ____ (initial)
• If you wish to reclaim your unsold items, call COLLAGE at least 1 day prior to picking them up so that we may have them
ready for you. Your account will be charged $1.00 for each item pulled. Pickups will be stored for only 3 days. It is the consignor’s
responsibility to remember contract expiration dates.
• Consignor checks are available for in-store pickup by the 15th of the month for items that sold during the previous month. If
the payment is less than $15, you can get cash or let it carry over until the month that the amount due reaches $15. You may use
your consignor balance as store credit at any time, at any location of COLLAGE. ____ (initial)
• Most consignors prefer to pick up their check in the store, but to have your check mailed, COLLAGE will charge your account
a $1.00 mail fee or no charge if you provide 3 self-addressed, stamped envelopes.
• Checks not picked up in four months will be converted to store credit for four more months. After eight months, all monies become
the property of COLLAGE. ____ (initial)
• An item fee will be charged on each item sold which will be paid by the customer and not charged to the consignor’s account.
• The consignor will receive 40% of the selling price if the item sells for less than $100 and 50% if the item sells for $100 or more.
• While your consignment items are in our possession, risk of loss or damage to merchandise remains with you, the consignor.
Furs and other very expensive items must be covered by your homeowners insurance before COLLAGE will accept them on
